There's a person named Jesse J Clark who apparently regularly creates new photography/videography companies in Vegas and/or west coast whom you'll want to avoid at all costs.  There's a useful Facebook page dedicated to this where you can check if a company is known to be associated with him:  https://www.facebook.com/RunJesseRun
