Obviously Vegas is a lot more kid friendly than in years past but there are still times you'd like to leave the little ones in the room and go have some 21+ fun. There are babysitting/nanny services in Vegas you can use, or advise your guests of, if needed. I don't have personal experience with any of these companies, so just keep that in mind, do your due diligence, check references, etc.
I found two of them by asking some of the vendors we were working with back in 2010 for our own wedding planning, the third I saw a review of on TK in 2012.
- Artsy Nannies - this is the one someone used and posted a review of here. Their rate is $10 reservation fee and $35/hour with a three hour minimum charge. Sitters are 20+, must have three years verified experience in child care, background check and also must have CPR and first aid certifications.
- Nannies & Housekeepers USA - offering in-room hotel baby sitting in Vegas for $45/hour with a four hour minimum, $10 reservation fee. You can obviously use them for less than four hours but you'll pay the minimum. Sitters have criminal, driving history, reference, sex offender, drug and social security checks. They also must have CPR and first aid certifications.
- Sitter City - The hotel south strip hotel zip code is 89119. Sittercity allows you to view profiles of babysitters registered with them near the zip code, read reviews of confirmed customers, see certifications they have and background checks.
