General Info:

Pure is a great venue located at Caesars Palace casino & resort.  It comprises three floors which include the rooftop area which holds a bar, regular space, tables and a segmented off vip area of tables.  The music changes from one night to the next so best to check their calendar if you are thinking about going there; I visited in March of 2012 and saw Wyclef Jean there for their anniversary party but a different area of the club had dubstep (which I hate) the same night, as well as more traditional EDM/trace on the roof (which I really like).  Pricing is typical hot Vegas club; i.e. $10+ for a call brand drink, more for premium.  The line to get in can be painfully long if you wait until after 11pm to attempt getting in, especially if you're not with a large group of girls.  Table service gets priority but even then you may need to wait 10 or 15 minutes as the line for tables can be long too since this is such a large club.

When I visited, I was with some friends and we had a table in the private area on the roof with bottle service.  If there's one thing I can say about that, it's that security at Pure is on the ball.  They easily got us from the front of the club, up the elevator and into our table and then quickly went over the rules about the club and bringing guests into the vip.  They immediately noticed and dealt with anything that would have bothered guests with tables, such as people trying to set drinks or people on the wall separating the vip from the rest of the rooftop.  I got the feeling that while bottle prices are high, you have some wiggle room and depending on the night of the week, may be able to negotiate, especially if you're buying two or more bottles.

Here's a picture I took from the VIP area of the rooftop terrace in March 2012:
